I've typed over half of those item numbers in and nothing is coming up 99cents.

On the top of the Staples page, you must click on "Order by item #". It should then take you to another screen with several boxes to put in multiple item #s and quantities (limit of 4 of each item). For the item #, make sure to put in the whole thing,
for example 121715-JJ

You can't just do a regular search since the item # and discounted price is from the catalog.
