I love updating  my home with simple and easy updates. A lot of things you can do to your home in a matter of an hour or less and make such a big difference. Here are 5 Ways to Update Your Home Without a Major Renovation. Check it out!

1. Update door handles on kitchen cabinets.  This is an easy way to update something that you use and see a lot of times each day.  You can check out Pinterest to find a style that would update your kitchen.
2. Update your chandelier and/or lighting. This is something that I recently did and it made such a big difference. We had a light in our kitchen that was super old fashion, updating it to a more modern style made the room completely change. I love it!
3. Add a pop of color to your rooms. This could be refinishing a dresser, night stand or even a kitchen table. You can add a different color that you don’t already have in a certain room. I love
4. Re-Paint your front door. I do this quite often. It’s super easy and makes such a difference for your home. Here is an article that will help you with your re-painting project.

6. Buy a new piece of furniture or area rug. This new item can have a pop of color or a more modern design to help your home instantly look updated. I love changing out my area run in my main room every other year. It brings a sense of newness to the room.
