Under the odering options it gives the terms for the gift certificate and it says minimum purchase. Does this mean minimum amout of certificates ordered or does it mean that you have to spent that amount at the establishment in order to use the gift certificate. With the gratuity does it mean that they use 18% of the cards value for a tip?
