Need an easy summer dessert? It’s true you have to turn on the oven for this one…but trust me…its FAST and delicious! This recipe is always a winner. These lemon bars have more of a cakey texture than the traditional lemon bars. I like them so much better!
Summer Lemon Bars
1 angel food cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
Mix both together, just until moistened. Be careful not to overmix. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until light golden brown on top. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
