Going to a neighborhood recipe exchange.
I'm bringing Thai Chicken Salad Wraps.
I hope someone is bringing chocolate!

I just threw a bunch of chicken in the pressure cooker. I'll have to do something with it when it comes out but I don't know what yet. Enchiladas, maybe? Haystacks?

Bbq ribs, baked beans, tomato salad, onion rings, and ice cream. Having a party at our house tonight so I couldn't change plans due to weather. 40 lbs of pork ribs have been smoking all day and about to go on the grill.

Please enlighten me on this "neighborhood recipe exchange." Sounds like something I might be interested in doing.

Every 2 or 3 months we set a date, reserve the club house and then everyone shows up with samples of a recipe to share with the group. The recipes get posted on a blog. One neighbor takes great pictures of each dish to go with the recipe on the blog.
Easy peasy.
Sometimes we have themes, but not always.
So far it's been ladies only. But the menfolk are beginning to whine too much so we're inviting them to the next one.
