I think we are having spaghetti? I've not planned very well this year. Had to make a mad dash to walmart late last night so the kids/hubby wouldn't feel unloved. Sheesh! This is so not like me. I feel like the love scrooge!

We are having Cajun Chicken Pasta. It normally has some red and green peppers, but for tonight I'm using all red. We'll also have raspberry Jell-O with raspberries that I've put into heart molds. I also want to try the strawberry drink that I saw on Good Things Utah last week.

Rib eye steak, asparagus, homemade rolls, and baked potatoes. Then for dessert death by chocolate. We have homemade turtles (well the easy version anyway) homemade chocolate peanut butter truffles, and the chocolatiest cake I know how to make. My dh and kids like chocolate even more than me!
