Default What's for dinner? 9/1/11

First let me say, I can't believe it's September 1st. Yikes!

Baked ravioli, salad, garlic bread sticks and grilled pineapple. YUM!

I was making salsa this afternoon, so not much time to prepare dinner. We ended up having beef enchiladas that I'd made a couple of weeks ago and froze in dinner-size portions with cantaloupe from the farmer's market.
