Default What's for dinner 3/17/13?

I miss these threads! They give me ideas Tonight we are having corned beef brisket with potatoes, cabbage, carrots and artisan bread. For dessert we are having dark chocolate cupcakes.

What are you all having? Anyone have any other St. Patrick's day traditions ?

Chicken casserole, green salad, and rolls. With sick kids who don't eat I didn't want to go to any effort.

We are having Homemade corned beef hash, using Boar's Head Corned Beef from the deli at Harmon's because I think corned beef that you buy and cook yourself is nasty. SOOO salty!
Just browning the meat in a skillet with potatoes, onions and some seasonings. Topped with a fried egg.

And homemade Irish Soda Bread. It's in the oven now. Smells DELISH!!

And green beverages to drink, of course.
