Default Multiple coupons in Washington state

Hi, I live in Utah, but I have a sister in law who lives in orting WA, and she is wondering how to get multiple coupons up her way. I have told her about printable coupons and that usually you get coupons in your sunday paper, but she wants to get multiple coupons like me.
I told her I didnt know how but I would check on PYP.
Does anyone know?

I have not heard of any multiple deals here for coupons. I have a few neighbors here that save them for me, and I buy a few extra if there are good deals.

Default 5 sunday papers

In Utah we can order 5 sunday papers, so that we can get 5 sets of coupons. I pay 18.00 for the whole month and I just deduct that from my grocery budget and I am still saving about 300.00 a month I can save more, but I am in the process of stocking up and then it will go down to about 150.00 a month for my family of six, 4 of which are boys and eat alot.
My sister in law wants to do the same thing, but we cant seem to figure out if any local newspapers will offer a sunday only subscription and if it comes with coupons and if she can get mutliple sunday papers.
