What you need:

Deep Pan (I prefer a bundt pan)
Cooking Spray
.
2 Packages of Large Canned Biscuits
15 oz jar/can of pizza sauce
2 C mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice

What you do:
.
Quarter the biscuits and put them in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and combine until evenly distributed. Dump all ingredients into your bundt pan. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.

Another great mix to make from scratch is PANCAKE MIX. Pancakes are an easy morning meal and much less expensive than cold cereal. Here’s my recipe:

8 C flour
1/2 C Baking Powder
1 T Baking Soda
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 T Salt
(optional: 2 2/3 C Powdered Milk)

To Use:

Combine 1 C mix with 1 egg, 2 T oil, 1 C milk (I like to write this on the container in permanent marker)

Note: If you use powdered milk in the mix, you add 1 C water instead of 1 C milk when making the recipe.
